BLEACH 294 REVIEW

This episode was wicked! You know why? Captain Commander Yamamoto kicked ass even though he didn't beat that S.O.B. Aizen he put up the best fight of them all! He is my favorite character in Bleach I do not care what everyone else says.
Damn, look at them falling like bird shit

So, yeah this episode started by recap...nothing new there but it is great to see all those captains get cut the hell up by Aizen again. Poor chaps didn't stand a chance.
MA! I WANNA BE LIKE YAMAMOTO WHEN I GROW UP!

Aizen talks dribble as usual and Yamamoto steps into the fray, FINALLY!
Aizen thinks he is the smartest there is and gets a stab into Yamamoto but this is part of Yamamoto's plan to destroy him. Quickly grabbing his arm and summoning a mean ass inferno with  his Ryujinjakka to destroy him, Aizen and everyone else.
GOTCHA SUCKA

The Aizen's trump card appears, that freaky thing named Wonderweiss. Apparently Aizen thinks far ahead and he created Wonder-wimple to seal the flames from Ryujinjakka and weaken Yamamoto.
WONDERWEISS AKA WONDER-WIMPLE
Wonderweiss is practically retarded. Aizen sucked everything out of him and left him a weapon. Pitiful weapon at that. He has one purpose and thats to fuck up Yamamoto.
NIGGA DON'T KNOW WHO HE IS MESSING WID'
Yamamoto may not have his sword but he is a powerful mofo. He shows he can use his own spiritual pressure to really mess up Wonderweiss.
EWWW!
Wonderweiss springs about 1000 arms and tries to lay it on thick on Yamamoto. I actually thought he got in a few good shots...not Yamamoto! He was being tickled and then showed Wonderweiss what he thought of him,
AND THIS IS FOR THE U.S OF A....OH WRONG SHOW
Wonderweiss had no chance, Yamamoto used a powerful two fisted punch that shattered him like a stained glass window.  Yamamoto is the most powerful Soul Reaper around and I respect him a lot for it. Boy is he confident too! My Idol!
That is one nasty headache!
Sigh! Of course Aizen planned for this as well and all the fire Wonderweiss absorbed was placed in his head and so he lets it explode in poor Yamamoto's face... the nerve of that guy!
COUGH COUGH...I KNEW I SHOULDN'T HAVE HAD THOSE NACHOS
Yamamoto stopped an explosion that would make Hiroshima blush so as to protect everyone and still had the balls to let Aizen think he won, walk over to stab him in the back then grab his foot and fuck him a HADO 96! Aizen barely gets away just to run into...
ICHIGO GOOOOOOOOOOOO!
So yeah next fight will be Ichigo and Aizen...sort of! lol

This episode was an excellent follow up to last weeks depressing beat down of the captains. Yamamoto put up a formidable fight and proves why he is the top dog. Aizen is extremely smart and I like that about him. Never go into an all out battle without doing your homework and coming in with a plan.

YUGIOH 5D'S 132 REVIEW (SPOILERS)

The final battle of the WRGP is on the way and Jack Atlas has defeated their first DWheeler Lucciano, quite easily I must add and has to face off against their second wheeler Placido.

It is obvious Team New World are losing on purpose but Jack plays along.
MACHINE EMPEROR WISEL

Placido is power hungry and wastes no time in summoning Machine Emperor Wisel and cutting Jack's life points.

Though Scar Red Nova Dragon's effect allows it to escape being absorbed by Wisel, Placido isn't worried. He also uses two of Lucciano's face down cards which was not part of the original plan.
Jack manages to defeat Placido even though he is obviously holding back. Jack figures out that Infinity Spirit Machine is their key card and tries to destroy it. Placido sticks to the plan  and loses and  counters go up to 80 before it can be destroyed. This was their plan from the get go and it strikes us that things are about to get a lot worse.
SCOLDED FOR NOT STICKING TO THE PLAN
Jose is up next and he makes a dramatic entrance taking to the course on foot then fusing with his monster truck D Wheel.

FUSION
From the time we see Jose fuse we know he is going to be some serious trouble. Out of the three he is the only one we have not seen duel at any time so we know he has to be the most powerful of the trio and he does not disappoint.

MACHINE EMPEROR GRANNEL
He, like the two before him, wastes no time in summoning his ace monster Machine Emperor Grannel but this is where things get interesting. By destroying their trap card Infinity Spirit Machine which now as 80 counters he gets 100 life points per counter so that gives him 8000 life points plus his 4000 which is 12000, this is also the same for Grannel who also gains 12000 attack points. They attack Scar Red Nova Dragon and Jack pulls it from play to protect it.
SCAR RED NOVA TACOS YUM
This proves futile as Grannel pulls Scar Red back into play with its negation effect then eats him increasing his attack points to 15500 and he also gains Scar Reds many special abilities. Jack is finished off painfully and it is up to Crow to deal with a monster with 15500 attack points which he has nothing in his arsenal that powerful.

Team New World seems set for victory but we know things aren't going to go as they planned and the way Lucciano and Placido played into the plan was anti-climatic so we are definitely going to see them battle to their full potential again soon.

For the amazing big fake out this is a 9/10

Project Runway Season 8 Episode 13, Finale Part 1

Four designers remain; Mondo, Michael Costello, Gretchen and Andy. Only three can make it through to Mercedes Benz Fashion Week but first they have six weeks to put together a ten piece collection over six weeks. One person is going to get their heart broken, while three have the chance to make it big.

Tim gets to visit all four designers and we get close insight into what inspires and drives them.

We go to Hawaii to meet Andy and see his farm life. Its very beautiful in its simplicity. Andy has done some good stuff during the season but has also done some WTF designs as well.

Michael Costello introduces us and Tim to his lover and his son. I was shocked since I thought he was straight...okay i ignored the hand movements and whats not but he was always on and on about his son so I gave him the benefit of a doubt. Well he also let us know his family seem to only support him if he succeeds and if he fails. He designed about eighteen looks and has a hard time deciding what to leave behind.

Mondo takes us to dinner with his family and his lover. It was a simple visit. Nice seeing learning that Mondo had to play baseball in order to learn the piano.

Gretchen is poor, lost her boyfriend and hanging by a thread. Her outfits look odd.

The foursome return to New York and get to stay in a suite in the Hilton. Tim brings the dreaded black bag but this time he has something good to pull out. They get the prize to visit the Hilton in three different locations and one happens to be my island Barbados.  I wonder which one will come to stay at the Hilton here...I am going to have to look into that.

So there final challenge is to create a companion look to present to the judges with two of their other pieces. This is their time to wow the judges and sadly they hold back.

Mondo's looks are typically Mondo. The new piece fits in but its the full length strange polka-dot number that is really out there. He did say he was influenced by the circus. I agree with Michael Kors lets hope the circus does not come to town.

Michael C's looks are nice yet  a bit of a departure from his usual effortless dresses. The color palette is the problem. He seems to think the same color pallet makes a collection...it does not Michael.

Andy disappoints with only his new dress being anything of interest. He sends out this wretched bathing suit with a cape that was not at all appealing to me.

Gretchen does more of her usual. Better than she has done in awhile though. There glimpses of genius but nothing to write home about.

The judges thrash all four and criticize them for holding back.

In the end it is Michael Costello who gets the boot. It is very emotional as he cries and looks so defeated. I feel so badly for him.

Next week we get the final showdown. My money is on Mondo to win.

BLEACH 293 REVIEW

This is Aizen's big moment and I have to say as much as I hate Aizen I was quite enjoying him taking on and defeating so many captain level shinigami.
TOSHIRO READY TO GET SERIOUS

It begins with Toshiro getting all riled up over Aizen's betrayal  and launches his attack on him. Soon the other captains attack all at once knowing that alone they are no match for Aizen.
THEY THINK THEY ARE READY BUT THEY AREN'T

They all put in some excellent moves to try and take Aizen down but he quickly takes out Komamura, Rose, Lisa and Love very violently.
OUCH KOMAMURA

The three captains Soi-Fon, Toshiro and Shunsui use an impressive combo that strikes Aizen with one fatal blow after the other with the help of Shinji's shikai to confuse Aizen.

NICE STAB TOSHIRO
They seem victorious only for the curtain to be finally raised on the entire charade. This is where  I applaud Aizen. His Kyōka Suigetsu's complete hypnosis made a complete fool of every single Shinigami and Vizored present. All this time they thought they were putting the beat down on Aizen, it turns out they were killing poor Momo and Aizen was laying in her place on the floor for only he knows how long.
AIZEN IN DISGUISE

POOR MOMO

I cannot respect Aizen however for his complete disrespect and mistreatment of Momo from the beginning. Stabbing her in the back when he defected now using her as a decoy was most disgusting. The poor girl doesn't deserve such treatment.

After this reveal Aizen quickly and mercilessly takes them down and it is done in the most dramatic way possible. They were no match for him and he proved that in a heartbeat.
AWW MAN AIZEN PLAY FAIR
TOSHIRO CUT IN HALF...THAT WILL LEAVE A MARK

Ichigo was the only one to have seen the carnage for what it was unaffected by Aizen's hallucinations.
WTF IS GOING ON??!!!!

Next week Captain Commander finally steps and Aizen is prepared for him.
This was a good episode, in its emotion and brutality. Aizen is one of the greatest Anime villains ever and one truly to be feared by all. 9/10

YUGIOH 5D 131 SPOILERS

So it begins, the battle between Team New World and Team 5ds.

RAGNAROK

We get a bit of build up to this fight as the threat is fully realized by our stars and the few supporting characters around.
TEAM NEW WORLD

Team New World have a strategy and I know they will execute it with perfection.
LUCCIANO

Our first battle is Jack Atlas vs Lucciano the kid of Team New World.

From the get go you can tell this is a planned battle. Lucciano gives Jack the first turn so he would play first and then systematically plays in to Jack's hand which leads to his defeat at the end.
SCAR RED NOVA DRAGON

Jack is able to summon Scar Red Nova Dragon.
MACHINE EMPEROR SKIEL

Through a series of tricks and traps Lucciano is able to bring Machine Emperor Skiel. Two very formidable monsters but Jack has a plan to defeat Lucciano.
WRAITH COUNTDOWN
Lucciano is easily overpowered by Scar Red and is sent packing. He hover planted the continuous trap Infinite Wraith Power, which has a counter that increases by the amount of life points he loses. This is the key to the full trap as he is defeated it is raised to 40. Next Jack must battle Machine Emperor Wisel and we have seen this one before and he has almost defeated Yusei. I know Jack will fall to it but it will be an intense battle nonetheless.

PROJECT RUNWAY SEASON 8 EPISODE 12

This is the penultimate episode of this season and I am sorry to see it come to a close but I am also excited to get it over with.

MAYOR OF NEW YORK

The final five are introduced to Mayor Bloomberg, the mayor of New York and you know what this means? Their challenge is to create a high end look inspired by New York City. How cool is that? Very? I believe they had a big budget to work with as well, so will they knock it out the park? Hardly but they tried.
GRETCHEN

The competition is finally winding down and playing on all of their nerves, the most noticeable to me seems to be Gretchen. She had fizzed out since beginning the show as the one to beat and it shows in her enthusiasm and finally in her designs.
APRIL

April is finally aware that more focus will be on her since she has serious just waded through this show being safe all the time. I think the judges are finally realizing that she is a one trick pony like Chris was always boring and finally was eliminated last week.
ANDY (THANK HEAVENS THE MOHAWK IS SLICKED BACK)

Andy's time on the show has been a total wreck just like his hair has been all season. He has been up and down and all around.
MONDO

Mondo has been innovative and through to himself. Intense but whimsical and a little weirdo all the way.
MIKE C

Michael Costello has had a lot of hatred and dislike pointed towards him from the beginning and has survived to this point while most of those who disliked him have been sent a packing ( I mean you IVY!!) Gretchen who had a lot to say about Mike has come around to realizing as she says, he is either and idiot savant or just an idiot. If he lucks into these things he has to be very lucky. I loved Mike C from the get go but he never was as daring as most the others but I think there is something there.
SEASON 4 WINNER CHRISTIAN SIRIANO

This week there was no clear winner it was mainly to choose who will go on to Fashion week and I will place them in no particular order with who was sent home last. Oh and to note we had season 4's winner, Christian as a guest judge. It is nice to see old winners returning.
Andy's wet look is so hot but dominatrix

Andy makes it with this interesting wet looking black number. It could have easily gone trampy but it came out 'warrior woman'. Seemed a bit eighties to me but I liked the torn material at the back. He had a rough journey but I like his strange designs and they would make an interesting runway show.
MIKE C'S EASY BREEZY FLOWY SPLIT NUMBER

Michael Costello did a dress inspired by the statue of liberty and it came out great. it was a black slinky dress that moved wonderfully. They asked him the name of the material he used and he could not answer but he liked what it was and knew how to work with it. Michael Kors says that is all that is important. I am proud he gets this chance at fashion week.
MONDO'S BLACK AND WHITE PATTERN BONANZA

Mondo of course did an amazing outfit. It was black and white with a nice architectural pattern. It was really just Mondo being Mondo. He has been a shoe in for fashion week and will wow us on the runway.
GRETCHEN...AT LEAST SHE DID SEPARATES

Gretchen makes it by the skin of her teeth as she broke down again and cried admitting she is tired and fizzled out. Her design was horrible but hey, she did separates! Next week they will decide which of the final 4 will get one of the three spots and I don't know if she can catch her steam again or its no runway baby!
APRIL'S WITCHCRAFT

April we wish you goodbye! The judges realized that she has basically done the same thing all through the competition and survived under the radar. She is the youngest and has potential to grow so they give her, her walking papers. She could have experimented with some color in her final creation that would have helped. Poor girl was caught up in witches and warlocks all season.

So its Andy, Mondo, Mike C and Gretchen! Who will be the final three and who will win this season will all be decided next week.

BLEACH 292 REVIEW

the battle commences
This episode sets up the big beat down with Aizen that, if you have read the manga, you know will take a very long time to come to a conclusion.

We start off with Ichigo trying to finish Aizen off with his first attack. Of course Aizen proves this was futile and begins to pick Ichigo apart verbally. Aizen knows how to fight with his words and causes a great deal of self doubt and uncertainty to weaken Ichigo.

Ichigo starts to doubt
Ichigo's claim to fame in this battle was that he was the only person there who has not seen Aizen's Shikai which would put him under Aizen's spell. Which makes me wonder, would Tosen's blindness not have made him also unable to see Aizen's Shikai? Wonder if that is why Aizen made sure to disintegrate him as soon as he was defeated and felt guilt for his actions.
Komamura steps in
Before Ichigo could crumble beneath Aizen's fancy talk Komamura steps in and thanks Ichigo for interrupting his fit of rage which more than likely would have caused his own death at the hand of Aizen.
Captains and Vizoreds

Soon all remaining shinigami and Vizoreds come in to protect Ichigo from Aizen's nasty powers and to settle their own personal scores.
Step back Ichigo
Each character gets a bit of time explaining to Ichigo why it is so important for them to act and why he must sit back and wait for the right moment. Its very heart warming that they all have such respect for Ichigo at this stage. I mean they have all been ripped to shreds, some are missing limbs but are still willing to fight. Unohana is also there to start the healing process.
Toshiro full of rage!

Aizen was taunting Ichigo about his lack of hate for him would prevent his attacks too weak to do him damage or touch him. To me it was just a taunt to freak Ichigo out but he sure gets a lot of hatred from Toshiro who bankai's up and is ready to do some damage (or get damage done to him). How one man can make so many powerful beings so afraid is beyond my comprehension but Aizen is a special case. Captain Commander is still watching from the sidelines and I know his chance is coming up very soon.

I give this episode a 7.5/10
